How the price works
Put the contents toward the cost.
We review the work and the contents separately, then show you the numbers together. Furniture, tools or household items may qualify when we can resell them. You choose whether to accept the credit.
There doesn't need to be enough for a public estate sale. If there's little resale value, we still quote the clearout work.

Before you decide
A few things families ask.
Is this just junk removal?
It is a cleanout with sorting in front of it. Yes, it is still a crew and a trailer, and some of it will go to the dump. The difference is that nothing leaves the house your family has not decided on, personal items found along the way come back to you, and items we can resell may count toward the price.
How does the contents credit work?
We price the clearout work, then separately assess items you want to let go that we could resell. If we make a credit offer and you accept it, that amount comes off the agreed clearout price. We confirm which items are included and what happens to them in writing. You are not waiting for a future sale or a commission payout. No credit is promised from photos alone.
Do we need to sort everything first?
No. Tell us what is already decided and where you need help. We agree on the amount of sorting as part of the scope. Family keep areas and excluded items are identified before loading begins.
What about photos, documents, or valuables?
Tell us what to watch for. Personal photos, documents, cash, or jewelry found during the agreed sorting work are set aside for your designated family contact. Specialized appraisal or buying of precious metals is not part of this clearout service.
Will everything be donated?
No. Some items can be reused or resold, some may be accepted for donation, and others need recycling or disposal. We discuss how removed items will be handled and any transfer of ownership before you agree to the work.
Can you help if the family lives out of town?
We can start with photos or a video walkthrough. Before scheduling, we need an authorized point of contact, a clear keep-and-remove plan, and agreed access to the home. We'll discuss the updates you need during the work.
Can you clear the house by a particular date?
Tell us the deadline. We confirm availability and the time needed after reviewing the scope, sorting, and access. We don't promise a start date or duration before seeing what the job involves.
Is cleaning included?
Sweeping the agreed cleared areas is included. A full move-out clean is a separate service. We can discuss arranging Hill Country Cleaning if needed, with a separate quote and subject to availability.
Are there jobs you don't take?
We don't take biohazard or hazardous-condition cleanups that require specialist crews. Let us know about chemicals, large unusual items, difficult access, or anything requiring special handling so we can confirm what is included before scheduling.
