When you fill out our quote form on getyourgarageback.co or through a Facebook or Instagram lead ad, we collect:

• Follow up by text, email, or phone about your quote and schedule your job if you book
• Confirm appointment details and share job-day logistics

Who we share information with

We share your information only with the service providers we need to run our business:

• Text messaging provider -- to deliver your quote and appointment messages.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) -- when you submit a lead through one of our ads, Meta receives your submission as part of delivering the ad. We also send aggregated and hashed conversion data back to Meta via its Conversions API so we can measure which ads work and improve targeting. This is standard for businesses that advertise on Facebook and Instagram.
• Scheduling and field-service software -- to schedule your job and manage the crew on job day.
• Payment processor -- if you choose to pay electronically, we pass your payment details to our payment processor. We never store your full card number.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not share your information with unrelated marketers or data brokers.

Text Messaging (SMS/MMS) Privacy

When you provide your phone number and consent to receive text messages from Get Your Garage Back LLC, we may send you text messages related to your garage cleanout inquiries, quotes, appointments, scheduling updates, and customer support.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We keep the information you give us for as long as we need it to serve you and meet our legal and tax obligations. If you ask us to delete your information and we have no legal obligation to keep it, we will.
